The KBLA monitors development and policies to prevent depreciation of real estate value and lake conditions.
Representation
KBLA has representation at The Federation of Ontario Cottagers (FOCA) and communicates with local governments regarding principal matters such as municipal services, development, taxation, water quality, safety, etc.
Safety
The KBLA maintains the lakes' Rock Marker Systems (buoys and lighthouses) and ensures safe conditions of the public facilities.
