You are invited to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the KBLA. One vote per voting membership is permitted by association by-laws. If you cannot attend the meeting, you can use the proxy form below to have someone else vote for you. Your proxy should bring the completed form to the meeting.

• Adopt agenda for business meeting.
• Approve minutes of 2023 meeting.
• Receive and review 2023 financial statements.
• Appoint reviewer for 2024 financial statements.
• Set dues for balance of 2024 and until the 2025 Annual Meeting.
• Present budget for 2024.
• Call for directors to fill two vacancies.

Special Items

• Articles of Amendment to change name of Association to KBLA and to comply with new rules of
  ONCA (fix min/max number of directors, set out purposes, define membership classes and provide
  for distribution of assets on dissolution, liquidation or winding up.
• Approve KBLA by-laws related to ONCA.
