Garth Wilby (May 25, 1937 — March 15, 2012)

Of his many interests, Kahshe Lake stood first. After buying the cottage in 1985, he looked forward to spending me there with his children and grandchildren every summer. Upon retirement, it was with great pleasure each June that he rerouted his mail to the Kilworthy Post Office and moved in for the summer. From jogging along the roads to carving his totem pole to catching up on his stack of books, to treating himself to an evening swim, he enjoyed his Kahshe time. He will be sadly missed.
