Deep Bay Cottage Management

Deep Bay Cottage Management provides professional oversight and owner representation for road-access cottage properties in Washago and south Muskoka. Members get one trusted local contact, scheduled Cottage Health Visits, a clear digital report after every visit and dependable support when they cannot be there. Founder Kevin Mertens has been a Kahshe Lake cottager for more than 40 years and spent nearly two decades in client-success leadership, where his work centred on communication, documentation and accountability. He lives on Deep Bay Road on Kahshe Lake and personally leads our founder-led service. What sets us apart: you always know who is visiting your property, preparing your report and contacting you when something needs attention. We are independent and owner-focused. We represent your interests, not a contractor's, and we never sell repair work. Deep Bay Group Inc. is incorporated and insured. deepbaycottagemanagement.ca · 705-706-5433
