JVS Landscaping and Contracting is owned and operated by Jay and Vanessa Smith, living year round on Kahshe Lake. As a local small business we service mostly the District of Muskoka, however also the Districts of Simcoe, Parry Sound, Haliburton and Kawartha Lakes. Our Kahshe and Bass Lakes neighbours will always be first priority! With a wide variety of experience, skills, and construction related relationships, we provide all types of landscaping and contracting services. From foundations, footings, other excavation needs, septics, driveways, pathways, retaining walls, patios, firepits, steps and other landscape work, to decks, fences, blasting and lot clearing. Over 25 years of construction, landscape and excavating experience at your service and providing free quotes. First time Kahshe and Bass Lakes clients will receive a discounted rate. Lake access and rural properties are usually not a problem for us. References available upon request.
